Vicki shares “If you want to be a social entrepreneur or work in outreach, remember to use your work and volunteer experiences, along with your interests and talents to determine where you can serve best. And, remember that even though your clients may have needs, they also come with experiences and talents that you need to utilize in determining how best to help them achieve their goals.”
Vicki L. Jones is a Social Entrepreneur, Writer, Designer and Founder of Bahari Sisters. She works with Kenyan women and youth providing life changing initiatives. They provide support for economic development projects, scholarships and community health projects. She also sits on the Board of a substance abuse health care facility where she speaks to the women on the topic of empowerment.
