At the CAPS - Canadian Association of Professional Speakers - annual convention (in Toronto this year), the split is about 50-50, if not more women than men. 

I know at our Toronto Chapter meetings, there isn&#039;t much of an imbalance any more.

BUT I totally agree, we do undervalue and undercharge for our knowledge and wisdom.
