Crystal-Marie has a good reminder for us: “As service entrepreneurs, professionals, we tend to undervalue and under price ourselves – it’s why so many entrepreneurs wind up going out of business, burning out or giving up. I advise clients to follow value-based pricing – how much extra time, how much additional revenue, can clients generate with the services you deliver?”

Nickquolette suggests that we “Don’t focus your efforts on being just a company career professional but rather focus your efforts on being a career professional holistically. Jobs and companies change and you need to be skillfully prepared with a strategy to move with it even if that means you have to leave the company you are currently with.”

Bev says “Hormonal balance is imperative to health but if you take a holistic approach to your life and examine all aspects of your wellness from nutrition and exercise to sleep and stress reduction, you can do this quite easily. In turn, you can reverse physical conditions that have needed medication and improve your health and longevity.”
