At WSA, we have been blessed with an extraordinary team of women from all over the world who are aligned with our vision and committed to being of service and feeling a part of a cause larger than themselves. Each one is making a powerful, positive, sustainable impact enabling us to fulfill our mission to support our members in sharing their message with the world.
When we committed to being a demonstration of the new collaborative model, we honestly had no idea what that really meant or how we’d pull if off. So, we simply asked ourselves this question every single step of the way, “is what I’m doing in this moment something I’ve been conditioned to do? Am I doing this because it’s what has worked in the past or because everyone else is doing it? Or…am I actually at cause in consciously creating in this moment?” By asking this question, we have attracted a team of women who out in the world may be considered competitors, but have come together, under the shared vision of WSA, and together are creating something far more powerful than any one of them could have done individually. By asking this question…we are actually fulfilling our goal of becoming a demonstration of the new collaborative model. We are so proud and humbled by the support we’ve received since the very first day we launched and know that we wouldn’t be here without each member of our extraordinary WSA family.
