Advice from our WSA Experts

We asked our featured guests to share some of their valuable wisdom with us.

Nancy reminds us to “Know your risks and personal drivers. Of course, you should know and develop your strengths, but if you are unaware of your personality-based risk factors, you can derail or lose visibility, often without realizing how you are sabotaging your own success. You also need to know your drivers to make sure that you are not only working in alignment with your strengths but that you are also doing what you love.”

Maxine shares an exercise she puts people “every sentence begins with “What I like about that idea is…” They love it, as they realize how quick they’ve been to shut down other’s ideas and they begin embracing this alternative. I get emails all the time sharing how it’s changing their relationships. Thrilled!”
