Robin says “My goal is that women learn the power of self: trust, confidence and worth. Past behaviors that may have kept us safe as a child probably are no longer serving us now, so it is time to let those behaviors go. Learning what those triggers of self-doubt are and quickly resetting them are key. For instance, I start with everyone recording a personal message on their cell phones: “I am powerful and enough right here, right now.” I work from the science side of genetics and neurobiology.”
Sarah shares “Burnout and depression become a cage of negativity, which it is dofofiuclt to find a way out from. The simplest key is a smile or a laugh, as they help to reset the happy hormones in the brain. If you start to feel stressed to burnout, then take a deep breathe and think of something that makes you smile or watch a YouTube clip of your favourite comedian. Just a few minutes laughing or smiling weakens the bars of your cage. Doing it every day can help destroy the cage completely.”
