Would you like to mastermind with us?
Maybe you’ve participated or heard about the power of mastermind groups. When you are held accountable and or have the energy of a group and the guidance of a master level coach you are likely to achieve more. At Women Speakers Association we offer a monthly training called the Speaker Success Training (SST) with high level trainers who help get momentum for your business and speaking. All Premier Members are invited to attend free. The public is invited to register for a nominal fee.
The SST are robust trainings by experts in their field including
• How to set, plan for and achieve bold goals
• How to use your book as a business
• Develop a follow-up system and close more clients
For years Women Speakers Association has offered these advanced trainings about how to get seen, booked and paid as a speaker to our Premier members and community. Though our trainers have received the highest marks for value, we noticed a gap in action. You can participate the best training, get many great ideas, tools, techniques and strategies but if you don’t implement or have a plan to use what you learned, you are missing the benefit. As a way to get the ball rolling we are borrowing the mastermind concept and created our follow-up session called the Results Roundtable. Members who attended the SST are invited to participate with the trainer in a more intimate
When they involved experts and seasoned professionals, typically you need to qualify and pay hordes of fees to belong. Often times you have to travel and book hotels and flights.
The Results Roundtable For Premier Members
Every month our Speaker Success Training will be followed up by an advanced session with the trainer 1 week later. This is a chance to mastermind with your fellow Premier members in a guided process with the trainer. When you attend the Results Roundtable, you’ll have a chance to ask questions that may have come up since the training and the trainer will have exercises to walk you through integrating what you learned.
For example in our first Results Roundtable with Melanie Benson she created breakout rooms where members shared their work on the exercises she had everyone doing to move people toward their bold goals.
