Feeling burned out seems to be the new normal. But wouldn’t it be better if you had a trajectory that felt good to you? Creating a fulfilling career from a state of hopelessness is not typically achieved solo. Rather, choosing a wise mentor who can help you great your own set of steps to take and be there as a guide on the side to help navigate the terrain of your soul’s career solution can make the journey to reinvention a shorter more effective one.
On this March 19th WSA-TV Premier Show episode Teena Evert, who knows this first hand, shares her journey from mental health care to career development coach. She offers sage advice in this interview of where to start and what to look out for when making a career change.
Teena shares “I believe you can create an ideal work life. This requires taking full responsibility and accountability for your personal growth and professional development.
