Dr. Edna suggests that we “1. Slow down: In this season of enforced stillness, as perverse as it may sound, you are being given an opportunity to decide what is truly important. Slowing down allows you to be able to reflect and contemplate whether you’re still living within your values, beliefs, and boundaries and if not, then to consider if it’s time for some positive changes.
2. Create a habit of happiness by what you choose and where you focus: Since you’re constantly choosing and focusing anyway, choose and focus on things, people, situations, and events that help you feel good about yourself, your life, others, and the world. Your brain and your mood will thank you!”
