To make the impact you want and develop the relationships that thrive, you need to speak up powerfully.

It’s one thing to have speaking skills and another to captivate an audience. Furthermore, knowing how to speak up powerfully in your personal relationships is one of the most valuable tools that will serve you for life.

On this April 14, 2022 WSA-TV Premier Show episode our Premier Members share the keys to speaking up powerfully and creating the transformations you want in relationships and in the world.

Featuring: Margie McCumstie & Eve Dyer

Our experts share their advice for women leaders and speakers:

Margie shares “Vulnerability and authenticity are the keys to reaching the hearts of your audiences. While it is important to have good content, it cannot be received at a transformative level if it is delivered in a way that is dry and factual. Storytelling brings colour to the black and white of facts, figures and stats and sharing meaningfully from your life is impactful and powerful.”

Eve shares “To stay strong and clear-headed during conflict, maintain steady breathing by silently counting 1 to 4 for each in- and out-breath. This will stop your Fight-Flight-Freeze reaction so you remain clear-headed, focussed, and assertive. No one will notice what you are doing.”
