What is your highest evolution?

Those who are most quoted and revered in history are those who have gone through their own personal growth journey. They may have encountered trauma, tragedy, addiction, abuse, emotional distress, or other struggles that lead them to deep introspection and finding their personal power. Most of the time they had good support. Evolution typically doesn’t happen in a vacuum. In fact, as a collaborative organization, we know that your growth can happen faster together.

Our experts share their advice for women leaders and speakers:

Dr. Stéphanie says “Grow through your challenges, do not shy away from discomfort and pain, and turn inward. When a challenging situation occurs, deep dive into what you are feeling, put words to it and see what values have been affected by the situation. Whatever emerges from this introspection about your feelings and needs can be empowering and even the source of solutions. If you are feeling angry for not getting a promotion, reflect to check if this anger comes from the obstacle to your desire (an ego-based anger) or a sign there is a true social injustice in your organisation: both emotions triggered by the same event look the same but the strategies to alleviate it are different.”

Dr. T. shares “As a psychotherapist, you are expected to provide maternal space for others, but how are you mothering yourself? Mothering yourself includes feeding your brain and the body the kind of food that allows you to do your own emotional work. Mothering yourself is listening to how your body communicates with you when you are stressed. Mothering yourself also means finding opportunities to feel seen and heard such as with a community of other therapists (i.e. supervision/consultation) and /or personal therapy.”

Ninotchka says “Each person is born with a very unique divine blueprint. Engaging with the intelligence of the Light within your heart is the cornerstone of any practice and application. Bringing our awareness to our heart ignites our essential attributes. As we acknowledge and attune to the light which always within us, our reality becomes light filled, illuminating possibilities for our highest evolution.”
