If you’re ready to maximize your potential, emerge from rough emotional times powerfully, then listen up. Our guest, Carol Cooke inspires and guides us with her strategies for harnessing the fearless forces with you.

From Diagnosis to Paralympic Glory… Carol Cooke, a Paralympian from Australia shares her inspiring journey from being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) to becoming a successful Paralympic athlete.

Carol shares that fear is often more in our heads than reality and suggests taking small steps to address and overcome fear. She encourages people to not let fear stop them from taking risks or trying new things, and to remember that even if things don’t go as planned, they can learn and move forward. Carol also highlighted the difference between how men and women tend to approach job applications, suggesting that women may be more hesitant due to a lack of confidence or overemphasis on requirements.
