Founder, Women in Leadership Conferences

Leadership development is self development. The quest for leadership is the first inner quest to discover who you are. Leadership is about the small things each of us can do every day to positively influence our customers, our colleagues, our friends and our communities. Mastering leadership is a lifelong process and we are all works in progress. Each of our lives is a leadership lab with burning desire to make a positive difference at work, home, within our community and in the world.

In the quest for leadership development, I founded the Women in Leadership conference in Africa and Personal Assistant of the Year Award.

The Women in Leadership Conference in Africa™ offers opportunities for women leaders to showcase their resolve to address Gender Equality as a development goal. Its objectives includes appreciate and strengthen the leadership talents in women as leaders.

Women in Leadership (WIL) newsletter shares inspiring stories of women who overcome limiting beliefs and attitudes and have tapped into their greatest potential. To me they stand out of the crowd and this is what leadership is about. Realising you are on this planet for a specific purpose, leaving the crowd and creating your own path.

Personal Assistant of The Year Award – Africa recognises the important role played by Personal Assistants specially those that exhibit exceptional leadership, resourcefulness, innovation, or
creativity. This award inspire and promote recognition of Personal Assistants while opening people’s eyes to the real contribution and potential of these professionals.
