Pam Robertson is founder of Ladybird Files, a company based in Alberta, Canada that helps people to create the lives that they want, and then to want what they create. Pam helps people to clear barriers that stop them from getting what they want both at home and work. She coaches people to succeed in the workplace through career development and self-leadership. Pam coaches them to be all that they can be at home through time saving techniques life efficient, nutritious cooking; creating loving supportive environments for spouses, children, and pets; and keeping it all together by managing stress.

Q: Ann, why did you join WSA?
A: As founder of Ladybird Files I help people to create the lives that they want, and then to want what they create. I have spoken across Canada, been published several times, and am looking for the opportunity to help people take action by speaking and publishing more. I joined WSA to help extend my reach and get more opportunities to speak. I see WSA as being an active global community that is in touch with its members and the speaking industry in a way that can help all of us to influence change in meaningful ways. So far, I see WSA taking big leaps and risks in order to grow, and I am excited to be part of an organization where there is a real dialogue taking place, and the action to support it.
