Advice from our WSA Experts

We asked our featured guests to share some of the valuable wisdom with us.

Lauren suggests that you pay attention to what you’re paying attention to; where you place your attention is where your intention goes, and where your intention goes, life delivers. Give your attention and energy to the things that please you and attract more things like that and let the negative fade away!

Tracey says to never give up hope. We often don’t understand why things are happening when we are in the middle of it, but once you get to the other side, you often discover your purpose.

Allison reminds you that no matter how busy you are in your career, and whatever your genetic predisposition may be, with some support, tweaks and dedication, you can end your struggles with weight and heal chronic health issues once and for all!
